Refund requests for digital products are reviewed case-by-case.

  • Submit refund requests to support with your order number.
  • Each request is reviewed individually.
  • Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.

2. When Refunds May Apply

  • The product does not match its description and support cannot resolve the issue.
  • A critical technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.

3. When Refunds May Not Apply

  • Issues caused by incorrect installation or unsupported server environment.
  • License violations or unauthorized redistribution.
  • Requests made after an unreasonable period.
